Evan Young, DPM

Evan Young, DPM, is the premier foot and ankle specialist in the Tampa area as evidenced by a decade of experience and three board certifications. This includes the nation’s top certifications in Podiatric Medicine, Foot surgery, as well as Ankle Reconstruction. He has earned distinguished awards including a 5-star physician in the Mercy Hospital Health System and earning the Minibunion and Dynabunion center of excellence distinction. He regularly participates as a physician educator and advisor for numerous surgical instrument companies. This allows him the opportunity to be on the cutting edge in developing new and innovative products and procedures.
Dr. Young graduated from Illinois State University and attended Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science in Chicago. He then underwent surgical training while serving as Chief resident at Chicago’s Mercy Hospital and Medical Center. This included training with Dr. Edwin Harris, a nationally renowned Pediatric specialist. In addition to pediatrics, his extensive training included Orthopedics, Trauma, complex reconstruction and minimally invasive surgery.
Dr. Young was born with a congenital foot deformity called a Clubfoot and had numerous surgeries throughout adolescence to correct the issue. This has provided him the unique ability to relate to his patients and generated a special passion for pediatric deformities. When he’s not in the office, Dr. Young enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children. His hobbies include coaching baseball, playing piano, as well as attending his sons’ and daughter’s events. He and his family are members at Grace Family Church.
He provides conservative and surgical podiatric solutions for all ages, specializing in pediatric conditions, revisional surgery, minimally invasive procedures, bunion and hammertoe correction, and foot and ankle reconstruction.
Beverly Cirella, DPM

Dr. Beverly Cirella is a Tampa, Florida native with a passion for helping patients stay active and healthy through exceptional foot and ankle care. She earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami before returning home to complete her residency training at the James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital in Tampa.
Dr. Cirella believes in building lasting relationships with her patients by listening to their concerns, providing personalized treatment plans, and helping them make informed decisions about their care. Whether treating common foot pain, sports injuries, or more complex conditions, she is committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to every patient.
Outside of the office, Dr. Cirella enjoys spending quality time with her family and her dogs. In her free time, she loves cooking, golfing, and making the most of Florida's outdoor lifestyle.
